Standards of Blockchain Tools

The panel discussion “The Future of Digital Assets: Financial and Legal Aspects” was held as part of the III Kharkiv International Legal Forum on September 27, 2019. During the discussion, the final protocol was signed, and the decision was made to create the Research Center of Legal Solutions in the Area of Application of Distributed Ledger Technologies.

On December 11, 2019, the international roundtable of the Research Center will take place to bring representatives of the government sector, Ukrainian and foreign scientific communities, as well as representatives of the business community together to discuss the main principles of the operation of the blockchain technology and its impact on development of the international market of information resources, products and services based on distributed ledger technologies. In addition, the next steps in developing and introducing new legislative initiatives and regulatory documents for implementation of the project for the digitalization of Ukraine will be outlined.
